Kingston Bridge

I had a plan to draw Kingston from the opposite side of the river for a long time, and now I had a chance to do it. The nature was a bit against me this time - a nice warm early-spring day turned into a gloomy and windy catastrophe when I started to paint, and the bridge turned a strange pale-green colour. In the end of the hour the weather became sunny again and I could finish the sketch with relative comfort. I'm looking forward to warm spring days already, down with this winter!

By the way, I just learned I wasn't very original with the choice of sketching location, as the Wikipedia article about Kingston Upon Thames is showing Kingston Bridge from about the same viewpoint!
